TOILON® is a product with high innovation that uses irradiation technology which produces physically cross linked closed cell foam products with a Fire Retardant Class O level (BS476 PART 6 & 7) so it is very safe to use as a building insulation material.

TOILON® is a product manufactured from polyolefin which is very suitable for use in HVAC insulation, roof insulation, walls, and pipe insulation, providing excellent performance. ThermoFoam® is chemically cross-linked polyolefin foam produced in continuous rolls, resulting in a foam product with uniform, closed cells and smooth skins on both sides. It is lightweight, flexible, and soft to the touch, yet strong, tough, resilient, and resistant to moisture, many chemicals, and high temperatures. It also has a Fire Retardant Class O level (BS476 PART 6 & 7), making it very safe to use as a building insulation material.
